I am looking to pilot a fitness program for women and men looking to lose more than 50 pounds. There is a studio at Creekside in Gahanna I am looking to rent to create a safe space for my clients.
Have you ever thought you would like to lose weight and work out but you were afraid to go to the gym because people might judge you? Have you ever been out for a walk and had people stare? In the studio, the only people there to stare will be your supporters and Me!
The class will also serve as a support group for each other and I will encourage everyone to work together to avoid binge eating, emotional eating and to ensure consistent attendance.
We will start with an initial session for information gathering and meeting each other and then start with the group fitness courses. The exercises will the low impact and gradually increase in difficulty as the weeks progress.
I am CPR/AED certified and almost done with my group fitness certification.
